These terms cover your use of this website and the products listed on it.
About this website
This website is a catalogue of what Master Phone has in stock. It is not an online store — nothing is sold or paid for through it. To buy something, call, message or visit the shop.
Prices and stock
Prices and stock counts come straight from the shop’s own register and are kept as current as we can. Even so, they may change without notice, and a listing is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. If an item sells while the page is open, or a price is shown in error, we are not obliged to sell at the price displayed. We will always tell you the correct price before you buy.
Compatibility
Where a listing says what a product fits, that information is given in good faith to help you choose. Handset models vary by region and revision, so please confirm compatibility with us before buying. We cannot accept responsibility for a purchase made on compatibility information alone without checking.
Returns and exchanges
An unused item in its original packaging may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, with the receipt. We are not able to exchange:
- items that have been used, fitted or installed;
- screen protectors and tempered glass once applied;
- items damaged after purchase;
- anything sold as clearance or marked non-returnable at the time of sale.
Warranty
Where a product carries a manufacturer’s warranty, that warranty applies on the manufacturer’s terms and we will help you make a claim. Accessories carry a 7-day checking warranty against manufacturing defects unless a longer period is stated at the time of sale. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, burnt or bent connectors, or faults caused by using an unsuitable charger.
Repairs
Devices left for repair should be collected within 30 days of us telling you the work is finished. Please back up your data before handing a device over; we take care, but we cannot be responsible for data lost during a repair.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Subject to that, our responsibility for any claim relating to a product is limited to repairing or replacing it, or refunding what you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
